Ben Hindmarsh, Trust Manager

Ben Hindmarsh has worked in the property industry for over nine years and has a comprehensive background in property funds management. He graduated from the University of Queensland with both a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Urban and Regional Planning, and has a Graduate Diploma in Property Investment and Finance from the Property Council of Australia. Prior to the acquisition of James Fielding Group by Mirvac in January 2005, Mr Hindmarsh was responsible for the James Fielding Trust, as well as development projects and acquisitions. He has held senior positions with Paladin Australia Limited and Deutsche Asset Management.

Paul Pitcher, National Portfolio Manager

Paul’s role is primarily responsible for the asset management of all Trust property assets. The major focus of his role is on the maintenance and increasing of both property incomes and asset values. Prior to joining Mirvac PFA, Paul held various senior property and asset management positions within AMP Retail, Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) and Lend Lease Retail. He has also worked as a development manager. Paul holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Newcastle.

Brad Macaulay, General Manager – Distribution

Brad is responsible for growing Mirvac PFA’s distribution network nationally and is the main liaison point with financial intermediaries. Brad has had over 22 years of experience in the property and financial services industries and prior to joining Mirvac PFA, he was State Manager for Queensland, Northern Territory and Northern NSW at Australian Unity Investments. Brad has also held senior positions with National Australia Financial Management and MLC. Brad holds a Bachelor of Business in Property Studies – University of Queensland, Advanced Diploma in Financial Services, Diploma for Financial Planning and Certificate IV in Real Estate.
